Payment must be submitted before 11:59PM on the 3rd of each month or you will incur late charges. Amount owed includes: rent, water, and trash charges. Please call 817-207-0263 if you have any questions.
Note: you have to come to the Leasing Office before the 3rd of each month for your Parking Sticker or your car will be towed at your expense!
